Was wondering if you have considered using a more eco-friendly approach. I know it is more costly, but now there are a lot of spoons and cups out there that are bio-degradable and/or made from recycled materials. You can make it part of your advertising/signage if you were to use all recycled and/or bio-degradable products. You could also probably get some local press on that at SCU and maybe the Santa Clara weekly if you made that move.

I'm sure as a new business you have a lot to think about, but consumers are now thinking a lot more about this.

It's great having you in the neighborhood and it would be much easier to urge the commuinty and local schools to go to Blondie's if you made this kind of move.

Thanks for considering and I'd be happy to share info on products.
